Cornwall in my Soul

This is me on 3st March, 2015 doing a short reading in the very beautiful Kenwyn Yurt on Lemon Quay as part of the Truro Festival. The weather was kind to us because, although a little windy, it was a lovely sunny day. My thanks go to Mark Pugh of myCornwall magazine who invited me to read and Simon Reed who hosted the event. Among the poems I read were two very new pieces based on the letters of a young man from Redruth Corporal A Polkinghorne who served in Mesopotamia during the Great War.
